A timber treatment works required clearing following liquidation of the tenant.  LEE Remediation were contracted to classify unknown bulk chemicals and dispose of responsibly whilst also clearing the site of process plant and equipment.  The operation required us to maintain the integrity of the buildings for future letting whilst also recovering the large process plant equipment via specialist lifting and rolling equipment.
