LEE Remediation were instructed to minimise contaminated soils arisings from a former industrial site in Kent. Through the construction and operation of a soils quarantine area, disposal of soils to landfill was reduced substantially.

Due to recent changes in waste management legistlation LEE Remediation were able to provide an exemplary example of waste minimisation within the space constrained brownfield development site.
